Electronic Statement Presentment

Our e-Statement solution integrates seamlessly with the paper processing.  Instead of printing and mailing statements we can present the statement or documents online at our website or your company’s website.  Enrolled members will receive an e-mail alert notifying them whenever a new statement is available for them to retrieve.

 We can handle one-page statements or complex multi-page statements.  For example, payslips, pension statements, mutual fund statements, bank account/loan statements, can be processed by our system.

CPI will manage the electronic payment processing of these online statements for you and will accept credit card payment, E-Checks, or recurring payments directly from your website.   Deposit the funds directly into your bank account and will send you a file electronically to update your accounting system of all payments made.
